Return & Refund Policy

At Premium Deals Co, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return and refund guidelines.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used cosmetics

  • Opened skincare products

  • Opened fragrances

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized products

Premium Deals Co reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

  • Description of the issue

After review and approval, customers may choose between:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund

Premium Deals Co will cover any costs associated with correcting verified shipping errors or damaged merchandise.

Return Shipping Costs

If a return is requested for reasons other than damage, defect, or shipping error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning merchandise.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return policy outlined above.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are generally considered final sale.

Returns for wholesale purchases may be accepted only in cases involving:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Shipping errors

Additional requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Premium Deals Co.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your financial institution.
