Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Coverage

At this time, Premium Deals Co ships exclusively within the United States.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Standard Shipping

All orders include tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $30 USD or more.

Orders below the free shipping threshold will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Premium Deals Co is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Premium Deals Co is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping package

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on carrier regulations or applicable laws.

Premium Deals Co reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be legally shipped.
